we believe in planning for the entire Product Lifecycle, not just
for the application development cycle.
We offer various levels of
support, depending on client need, location, technology maturity of
the client, and type of application.
For every executed
project, we include a deployment and support package that is
customised with respect to the needs of the client. Some mechanisms
we use for support are listed below
1. Full time personnel
on client site.
In this support package we have
Channels Personnel at the client site full time, maintaining the
applications and necessary infrastructure, and being ready to
resolve any technical issues that may arise.
2. Off site support
Offsite support is
offered to those clients that have an in house maintenance team, and
need to resolve only complex issues through the original development
team.
Aside from the formal
support mechanisms, we also offer informal support over phone and IM
directly from the developers on a need basis.
